The publication of Patrick Doucet’s (2016) La vie sexuelle des enfants? This text consists of three parts, the first one being devoted to the presentation of Doucet’s book, the second which intends to share my opinion on Louis Cornellier’s psychoanalytic approach, while the third and final section aims to denunciate Paul-André Deschenes attack on so-called sex specialists who he claims corrupt the minds of children. At the same time, I will take this opportunity to criticize the Church’s attitude towards pedophile priests

The objective of this essay is to elaborate on the editorial published in the present issue, which addresses the peer-review process used by scientific journals. This text consists of three parts. The first sets out to briefly explain some of the precautions that can be taken to avoid rendering the content of a paper on miracles completely unacceptable for publication in journals said to study religions. In the second part, we present peer reviews from eight different journals that refused to publish the article in question, while identifying them in order with the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. In response to the evaluations, the third section presents some additional thoughts on the peer-review process employed in the submission of scientific papers
The release of the book Malscience. De la fraude dans les labos authored by Chevassus-au-Louis offers the opportunity to take a look into the dark side of science. This text consists of seven unequal length sections. After defining the nature of fraud (40% of the text), I provide an overview of its prevalence, to then answer two questions: why do researchers commit fraud, and who is tasked with detecting such frauds? The last two parts are devoted to the consequences of fraud and the way they could be prevented
