Quasinormal modes of the Hayward black hole surrounded by quintessence: scalar, electromagnetic and gravitational perturbations

Omar Pedraza,
L. A. López,
R. Arceo
et al.

Abstract: We study the quasi-normal modes for scalar, electromagnetic, and gravitational axial perturbations in the Hayward regular black hole surrounded by quintessence (HBH-ωq). Using the third-order WKB approximation we can determine the dependence of the quasi-normal modes on the parameters of the regular black hole and the parameters on the test fields. We also determine the greybody factor, giving transmission and reflection coefficients of the scattered wave through the effective potentials in the WKB approximati… Show more

“…The pioneering works on this subject undoubtedly belong to Konoplya and his co-authors (see [91,92,119,120] and references therein). Besides, the third order WKB approximation is also in the agenda literature for studying the GFs; for example, the QNMs of the Hayward BH surrounded by quintessence have recently been studied in [123] for some special cases of the quintessence parameter.…”

“…The second level is related to the damped oscillations with complex frequencies, (QNMs). And the third corresponds to the breakdown of a power law decay of waves [45].…”
