Quark and gluon spin-2 form factors to two-loops in QCD

Abstract: We present complete two-loop radiative corrections to the graviton-quarkantiquark form factor G * → q q and graviton-gluon-gluon form factor G * → g g in SU(N ) gauge theory with n f light flavours using d-dimensional regularisation to all orders in ε = d−4. This is an important ingredient to next-to-next-to-leading order QCD corrections to hadronic scattering processes in models with large extra-dimensions where Kaluza-Klein graviton modes couple to Standard Model fields. We show that these form factors obey … Show more

“…[29]. Using those results, the complete two-loop corrections for single graviton production and di-lepton production mediated by a graviton can be obtained, for both gluon-gluon and quark-antiquark partonic subprocesses.…”

“…The higher-order correction involves pure virtual contributions, pure real corrections and appropriate interference terms at each order. For the spin-2 case, the quark and gluon form factors have been calculated at two-loop level [26] and at three-loop level [27] in peturbative QCD (pQCD). An attempt to consider the soft and collinear contribution at NNLO accuracy was made [28] in the context of spin-2.…”
