Quantum-Mechanical Description of Ionization-Induced Generation of Tunable Mid-Infrared Pulses

Abstract: Abstract. The work is devoted to the analytical study of the excitation of low-frequency current density (with frequencies much smaller than the frequency of the optical wave) which radiates in mid-infrared band in the gas ionization by two-color laser pulses.
