Quantum Chaotic Butterfly Optimization Algorithm With Ranking Strategy for Constrained Optimization Problems

Abstract: Nature-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithms, e.g., the butterfly optimization algorithm (BOA), have become increasingly popular.
