Quantitative trait loci for partial resistance to Aphanomyces root rot in pea

Abstract: Aphanomyces root rot, caused by Aphanomyces euteiches Drechs, is the most-important disease of pea ( Pisum sativum L.) worldwide. No efficient chemicals are available to control the pathogen.
