Text mining has been common research field, with the emergence of Web 2.0 and the development of social software, the amount of text generated every day has increased dramatically. The texts contain a lot of valuable information, how to analysis for the information from text is very important. Therefore, many research have explored related methods and various fields of text mining, such as sentiment analysis, text clustering, text summarization, etc., However, unlike other numerical data that can be directly calculated in terms of character performance, the calculation must be performed after vector conversion, and the words may have polysemy, which provides more challenges for natural language processing. Due to the above challenges, various techniques are used for data preprocessing before analysis. In addition to the common statistical and discrete methods for text data, methods based on fuzzy logic provide another option for effective natural language analysis, Therefore, in recent years, more and more studies have added Fuzzy logic to additionally capture the context semantics of individual words to help more accurate natural language processing. This survey research discusses multiple text mining methods, The survey paper discusses multiple text mining methods, subfields and application fields, covering the literature published between 2010 and 2022, It is organized to the subtasks to be performed, the methods and natural language processing techniques used, and the application scenarios. At the end of this study, the research has provided the key point discussion and relevant suggestions for text mining combined with fuzzy logic.

Subway construction is often in a complex natural and human-machine operating environment, and that complicated setting leads to subway construction more prone to safety accidents, which can cause substantial casualties and monetary losses. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the safety risks of subway construction. The existing literature on the identification and assessment of subway construction safety risks(SCSR) is susceptible to the influence of subjective factors. Moreover, although existing studies have explored the interrelationships between different risks, these studies usually analyze the interrelationships of single risks, lack the study of risk chain transfer relationships, and fail to find out the key path of risk transfer. Therefore, this paper innovatively combines text mining, association rules and complex networks to deep mine subway construction safety incident reports and explore risk transfer process. Firstly, it uses text mining technology to identify subway construction safety risk; Then, association rules are introduced to explore the causal relationships among safety risk; Finally, the key safety risk and important transfer paths of subway construction safety accidents (SCSA) are obtained based on the complex network model. Research results show that (a) improper safety management, unimplemented safety subject responsibilities, violation of operation rules, non-perfect safety responsibilities system and insufficient safety education and training are the key safety risk in SCSA; (b) two shorter key risk transfer paths in the subway construction safety network can be obtained: insufficient safety education and training→lower safety awareness→violation of operation rules→safety accidents; insufficient safety checks or hidden trouble investigations→violation of operation rules→safety accidents; (c) in the process of risk transfer, the risk can be controlled by controlling the key nodes or cutting off the transfer path. The results of the study provide new ideas and methods for SCSR identification and influence element mining, which help safety managers propose accurate subway construction safety risk control measures.

Efforts to enhance labor productivity are intrinsically linked to the improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. The research focused on the optimization of OHS by conducting a COVID-19 risk assessment, with the goal of identifying and implementing Human Resource (HR) risk control measures to augment employee performance. In employing a qualitative methodology, the data were amassed through a combination of interviews, observations, and document analysis involving a diverse group of 23 respondents from various departments. The risk assessment process was meticulously structured into four phases: identification of causes, implementation of preventive measures, development of recovery strategies, and evaluation of consequences. The researchers organized the data into primary and secondary categories for analysis and utilized the Bow Tie method to elucidate the findings. The analysis reveals that the human factor, specifically employees’ non-compliance with safety protocols, poses the greatest risk for virus transmission. The result identifies the warehouse, workshop, administration building, and Coal Handling Control Building (CHCB) as the most critical areas requiring stringent risk controls. The results also provide an overview in preparing the basis for Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA). It provides benefits for implementing OHS in power plant companies through recommendations such as evaluation, preventive action, and risk control through COVID-19 risk assessment. Finally, the research delineates strategies for managing risks through preventive measures and recovery processes to mitigate the impacts and consequences associated with these hazards.
