Quantitative Relaxometry using Synthetic MRI Could be Better than Qualitative T2-FLAIR Mismatch Sign: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Introduction The diagnostic utility of synthetic MRI (SyMRI) in patients with isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-mutant lower-grade gliomas has not been investigated.
