“…The pupil constriction ratio was below the normal range (<20%) in one patient who had comorbid migraine, depression, and anxiety disorder. 15 The average maximal pupil constriction velocity was 5.03±0.74 mm/s (mean±SD, n =14). The peripapillary RNFL thickness measured using SD-OCT ( n =17) revealed no abnormalities, which was 95.9±7.8 µm in the global area and 77.2±12.5 µm in the temporal sector ( Table 2 ).…”

“…The pupillary light reflex—including the constriction ratio, constriction latency, and maximal pupil constriction velocity—was evaluated in detail in this study. To the best of our knowledge, this is first study to examine pupillary light reflex parameters 15 17 measured with a digital pupilometer in patients with visual snow syndrome. Comparisons with the previously reported normal values of each parameter 15 revealed that the pupillary light reflex was intact in most patients.…”

“…across age groups. Consistent with prior work, older adults had significantly smaller pupil sizes than younger adults (Figure 9A, M older = 580.53 a.u., M younger = 893.25 a.u., t(102) = -9.30, p < .001; Bak, Yoo, Yang, & Hwang, 2017;Birren, Casperson, & Botwinick, 1950;Winn, Whitaker, Elliott, & Phillips, 1994). We also analyzed pretrial pupil dynamics across blocks.…”

“…3.4.3) 36 and related packages, including geepack 37 , emmeans 38 , doBy 39 , and pROC 40 package. Generalized estimating equation models accounting for sex 41 , age 42 , presence of diabetes mellitus 43 and within-patient intereye correlations were used to examine correlations and associations between variables 37 , 44 . One-way analysis of variance was performed to determine if there was a statistically significant difference among the PLR of the EON, non-EON, and control groups.…”
