The recent modifications of capillaroscopy have been made in the following way: increasing the technical complexity of the methods, with the introduction of videomicroscope [13, 14, 15, 16]and developing a more quantitative approach including digital imaging analysis, and dynamic techniques [1, 2, 3, 4, 5].
