Quantitative Bestimmung von Lecithin und Colaminkephalin in pharmazeutischen Präparaten mit Hilfe der Dünnschicht‐Chromatographie

Abstract: Nach einer Übersicht über die bisher verwendeten Methoden zur Bestimmung von Rein‐Lecithin und Rein‐Colaminkephalin in verschiedenen Phosphatid‐Extrakten des Handels wird über ein einfaches und exaktes Verfahren berichtet, dem die Dünnschicht‐Chromatogrpahie auf Kieselgel G zugrunde liegt. Die Bestimmung des Lecithins und Colaminkephalins wurde in Phosphatid‐Extrakten aus Soja, Eigelb, Herzmuskel und Gehirn durchgeführt.
