Quantitative and Qualitative Assessment of Medial Osteotomy of the Greater Palatine Foramen in Wide Cleft Palate Repair

Abstract: Background: Repairing of a wide cleft palate faces with several problems, e.g. medialization of palatal flaps, lack of tissue for repair, and fistula formation.
