Quantification of Lignans in Food Using Isotope Dilution Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: The optimization and validation of a protocol for the quantification of six dietary lignans, i.e., secoisolariciresinol, matairesinol, lariciresinol, pinoresinol, medioresinol, and syringaresinol, in food are presented.
