Quantification of fluoroscopic fundoplication anatomy: inter- and intraobserver reliability

Abstract: SUMMARY The etiology of postfundoplication dysphagia remains incompletely understood. Subtle changes of gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) anatomy may be contributory. Barium swallows have potential for standardization to evaluate postsurgical anatomical features.
