Quantification of Diacylglycerol by Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Diacylglycerol (DAG) is an important intermediate of lipid metabolism and a component of phospholipase C signal transduction. Quantification of DAG in plant membranes represents a challenging task because of its low abundance.
