Abstract:The quantification of aflatoxin B1 was performed in (CCD) samples of peanut grains positive in culture media for Aspergillus flavus fungi from the city of São José dos Campos - SP; Brazil, comparing the results with the reference values of aflatoxin B1 allowed by ANVISA legislation.
