Abstract: In mouse motor synapses, the exogenous application of the endocannabinoid (EC) 2‐arachidonoylglycerol (2‐AG) increases acetylcholine (ACh) quantal size due to the activation of CB1 receptors and the stimulation of ACh vesicular uptake.
