Quality of service analysis and resource allocation scheme for Long‐Term Evolution network

Abstract: SUMMARY In this paper, we analyze the quality of service (QoS) framework supported by the Long‐Term Evolution standard and model the behavior of a finite‐state downlink wireless fading channel based on the configurations and system parameters provided by the 3GPP Long‐Term Evolution and provide experimental results.
