Quality of Life in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and a Problem of Human Capital Formation

Abstract: The paper summarizes the existing approaches to the assessment of the quality of life as an objective characteristic of the living conditions of the population, and clarifies a set of socio-economic indicators of the assessment of the quality of life, the calculation of which is based on official statistics.
