“…Although limited by small study populations, several reports to date have demonstrated good long-term QoL in patients who pursue trimodal for MIBC. [2850] One contemporary study of patients who underwent trimodal therapy demonstrated statistically significant higher scores of QoL at a median follow-up of 6 years posttreatment on validated QoL surveys when compared to patients who underwent RC although this was not a randomized study. [7] This supports the need to at least discuss the option of trimodal therapy in well-selected patients.…”
