Health care workers are on the front lines of this worldwide pandemic, with the significant burden of identifying and treating an increasingly expanding number of severely sick patients, sometimes making vital decisions under physical and psychological stress. This study is descriptive; a cross-sectional study conducted at four hospitals in Wasit governorate. The data collection started from December 2020 till March 2021. The Data were collected by direct interview with the health worker by the researcher, by using a selfreporting questionnaire from the occupation hazard dimension, which includes two domains: physical hazards and chemical hazards. The statistical method used includes Mean, Standard Deviation, and Chi-square. Statistical significance was considered whenever the P-value was equal to or less than 0.05. The current study found that the highest percentage 254 (57.6%) were in the age group <30 years, there was a distinct female's preponderance of 242(54.9%). There is a highly significant positive correlation (P-value <0.01) between physical hazards and prevention and control methods (r= 0.144 * ); a highly significant positive correlation (P-value <0.01) between chemical hazards, and prevention and control methods (r= 0.770 * ).where the chemical hazard reached to241(54.6%) while followed physical hazards reached to 196(44.4%) the results also showed Weighted Mean for physical hazard equal 3.28±0.67which is within the medium level risk.

Objective: Estimate to the prevalence of hemorrhoids Signs and Symptoms among pregnancies in maternity teaching hospitals in Mosul city. Material: Descriptive study was conducted in maternity teaching hospital 20to30 September 2022 . A purposive sample that consists of (64) patients , chosen according to the criteria . Their age ranges between (15-44) years. A questionnaire was developed for purposive of study & included 3 parts is consist of part one demographic data and part three is composed of (7) items . The overall questions included (28) items. Results: The age groups is between(20-24) years and constituted Prevalence (29.7%), In addition the age groups is between (25-29) years and constituted (29.7%) Most of samples were females constitute of Prevalence (60%) of the total samples. In regard with residence city Prevalence (76.6%) .In regard with levels of education elementary Prevalence (20.3%) .In regard with occupation housewife Prevalence (65.6%) high percentage. Conclusion: This study concluded that the Age, Residence, occupation a variables are the most socio- demographic variables that were associated prevalence of hemorrhoids Signs and Symptoms among pregnancies and the level of education variable.High percent from total sample were in residence city it constitute of Prevalence (76,6%). With regard to the occupation housewife were living urban areas and constitutes Prevalence (65,6%) and there are many high associations among some variables prevalence of hemorrhoids Signs and Symptoms among pregnancies and the age significant. Efficacy of Health Beliefs Model-Based Intervention in Changing Substance Use Beliefs among Mosul University Students: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Substance use disorders (SUD) are a significant health concern worldwide. Substance abuse is a persistent problem linked to high rates of illness and loss. These issues are also responsible for many healthcare workers and health bills. However, the Substance use problems are associated with capitalize health retrogradation, weakness and death due to impacts and exceed. Throughout Iraq, there is growing concern about the effects of violence and war on drug use. To see how effective HBM-based intervention is at changing college students' health beliefs about drug usage. Using a randomized controlled trial approach, experimental design is carried out throughout the current study to determine the efficacy of health beliefs model-based intervention in changing the belief related to substance use among university students in Mosul City from 26-November 2019 to 1-March 2021. The study sample consisted of 80 students who participated in the training program for behavioral change. The intervention for the experimental group involved a health education lecture about substance use. Analyzed data using SPSS, Version 23 using both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Means, SD, Number and percentage). These results revealed statistically significant differences among all concepts of the Health Belief Model related to substance use, adding to behavioral motivation, behavioral control and intention) overtime. On the contrary, the perceived barrier was the only belief that showed no significant changes over time. According to the findings, the design of an HBM-based study could impact students' cognition and conduct in the field of drug dependence. Given the positive association across HBM dimensions and pupils' opinions, notably in "significant advantages and regarded harshness," These beliefs seemed to have a strong connection to each other and the avoidance of alcoholism.
