“…We assessed the quality of care satisfaction questionnaire in outpatient consultation (EQS-C) to assess early outpatient satisfaction. We mailed the questionnaire 10 days after the first visit (for an early measure at 15 days) to be completed at home because completing the questionnaire at home facilitated completion and to provide more time to consider the consultation when safely back home (Gasquet et al, 2004). We asked participants to complete and return the questionnaire by mail in a prepaid envelope.…”
