Abstract:Background
African countries are facing an epidemic of cardiovascular diseases for which they lack the resources to diagnose and manage adequately. Information on the quality of acute coronary syndrome care offered in underserved communities in low to middle-income countries like Ghana is limited. We examined the quality of acute coronary syndrome care offered to patients presenting to the Tamale Teaching Hospital in Northern Ghana.
