Quality Characteristics of Sulgidduk Added with Astragalus membranaceus Powder

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate rheological and sensory characteristics of Sulgidduk added with Astragalus membranaceus powder.The moisture content of the Sulgidduk ranged from 42.03% to 43.38%.
