Quality assessment and shelf-life of processed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fish sticks: Laboratory based study

Abstract: Customers prefer tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), one of the most popular freshwater fish species farmed in Bangladesh, because of its flavor and affordable market pricing.
