Qualimetric Assessment of the Definition of Industrial Safety of Municipalities

Abstract

The theoretical and practical basis for assessing industrial safety is the process of controlling the production and sale of manufactured products, in order to meet the needs of the population living in this territory.
 The subject of the study is the identification of parameters for the qualimetric assessment of industrial safety of rural areas based on official statistical data of municipalities. Using the paragraphs of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 13, 2017 No. 208 "On the Strategy of Economic Security of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030", a methodology for calculating the industrial safety of municipalities for the purpose of its sustainability in current realities is proposed.
 The purpose of the study is to substantiate the methodology for assessing the industrial safety of municipalities.
 The proposed assessment methodology makes it possible to systematize economic and production parameters for calculating the industrial safety of not only one district of the Udmurt Republic, but can also be used for calculating any rural areas of the country.
