Qualificação Pedagógica De Enfermeiros Docentes Em Cursos Profissionalizantes

Abstract: O objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer a qualificação pedagógica de enfermeiros docentes de cursos técnicos em enfermagem, através de uma revisão narrativa da literatura publicada entre 2006 e 2016. Os achados sugerem que há necessidade de investimentos na formação para a docência com vista à construção dos saberes para o processo de ensinar.
