Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho em um Instituto de Pesquisa Brasileiro

Abstract: O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar a percepção de QVT dos trabalhadores de um instituto de pesquisa brasileiro. A base teórico-metodológica para o estudo é a Ergonomia da Atividade Aplicada à Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho. Participaram da pesquisa 275 respondentes.
