Resumo-Neste trabalho, apresentamos um sistema de controle de fontes para sistemas downlink LTE. Para tal, propomos uma equação derivada a partir da modelagem fuzzy para a taxa ótima de controle que permite minimizar o atraso na fila virtual de espera dos usuários. Resultados em termos de Vazão, Atraso, Taxa de Perda e Taxa de Ocupação da Fila são apresentados em comparação a outros modelos apresentados na literatura, verificando a eficiência da adição do algoritmo de controle fuzzy proposto ao escalonamento LTE. Abstract-In this paper, we present a flow rate control system for the downlink in LTE systems. Thereby, we propose an equation based on the fuzzy modeling to find the optimal control rate to minimize the delay in the virtual queues of users. Results in terms of Throughput, Delay, Byte Loss Rate, Buffer Occupancy Rate and Fairness are presented in comparison to others methods presented in the literature, verifying the effciency of adding the proposed fuzzy control algorithm to the LTE scheduling.

Abstract-In long term evolution-advanced (LTE-A) networks, the carrier aggregation technique is incorporated for user equipments (UEs) to simultaneously aggregate multiple component carriers (CCs) for achieving higher transmission rate. Many research works for LTE-A systems with carrier aggregation configuration have concentrated on the radio resource management problem for downlink transmission, including mainly CC assignment and packet scheduling. Most previous studies have not considered that the assigned CCs in each UE can be changed. Furthermore, they also have not considered the modulation and coding scheme constraint, as specified in LTE-A standards. Therefore, their proposed schemes may limit the radio resource usage and are not compatible with LTE-A systems. In this paper, we assume that the scheduler can reassign CCs to each UE at each transmission time interval and formulate the downlink radio resource scheduling problem under the modulation and coding scheme constraint, which is proved to be NP-hard. Then, a novel greedy-based scheme is proposed to maximize the system throughput while maintaining proportional fairness of radio resource allocation among all UEs. We show that this scheme can guarantee at least half of the performance of the optimal solution. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme outperforms the schemes in previous studies.

OFDMA is a suitable technique for delivering high data rate services and one of the most important technologies applied in L TE and 5G wireless networks.In OFDMA systems, dynamic resource block (RE) allocation considering QoS requirements is gaining widespread acceptance. However, along with the development of 5G and beyond 5G networks, how to efficiently allocate resource to satisfy various QoS requirements remains as a critical issue. In this paper, a QoS-aware user satisfaction oriented joint resource block and power allocation algorithm is proposed for an OFOMA multi-cell system. The objective is to optimize user satisfaction over the entire network by maximizing the number of qualified users whose QoS target is met with minimal power and bandwidth consumption. A two-dimensional power-and-RB strategy and cloud based information sharing are utilized to mitigate the inter-cell co-channel interference in order to increase the qualified user ratio. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms conventional schemes in terms of satisfying users' QoS requirements and system throughput utility.
