QoS-equilibrium slot allocation for beam hopping in broadband satellite communication systems

Abstract: In broadband satellite communication systems, beam hopping (BH) is more and more welcome to compensate the low-power-efficiency wide beam and the lowspectrum-efficiency multiple spot beams simultaneously.
