QoS based Admission Control using Multipath Scheduler for IP over Satellite Networks

Abstract: This paper presents a novel scheduling algorithm to support quality of service (QoS) for multiservice applications over integrated satellite and terrestrial networks using admission control system with multipath selection capabilities.
