q-rung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic clustering algorithm and its applications to clustering analysis

Abstract: Abstractq-ROPFLS, including numeric and linguistic data, has a wide range of applications in handling uncertain information. This article aims to investigate q-ROPFL correlation coefficient based on the proposed information energy and covariance formulas. Moreover, considering that different q-ROPFL elements may have varying criteria weights, the weighted correlation coefficient is further explored. Some desirable characteristics of the presented correlation coefficients are also discussed and proven. In addit… Show more

“…Li and his team [29] utilized a clustering analysis, as an illustration, to showcase the superiority of the proposed method by examining two δ-CC for q-rung orthopair fuzzy conditions. Abbas et.al [1] explores the clustering technique for q-ROF 2-tuple linguistic sets based on CC. Through the use of counter-examples, Lin [28] examines the inadequacies of the current CC and suggests a new directional correlation rate, as well as its weighted version for PFSs.…”

“…This score function is further extended to the IVq r OFN N as given in Equation ( 10) ∈ IVq r OFS. If we employ Equation (10) to N 5 and N 6 , then S Jag (N 5 ) = S Jag (N 6 ) = −0.0400. This implies N 5 = N 6 but N 5 N 6 .…”

“…In this classification, IFSs, PyFSs, and FFSs are assigned the values of one, two, and three, respectively, for the parameter q. Following the emergence of this influential concept, several scholars were drawn to the study of q r OFSs and their applications in DM [8][9][10][11].…”
