Abstract:An infrared sensor based on composite of polyaniline/polyvinylidene fluoride (PANI/PVDF)/ barium titanate (BaTiO 3) with different weight percentages (25, 50, 70 and 100) of BaTiO 3 has been fabricated. PANI doped with camphor sulfonic acid (CSA) was prepared chemically. Electrical measurements such as electrical conductivity and pyroelectric current and coefficient of these composites were performed.
