Pyroelectric field-assisted domain inversion in ferroelectric crystals: Role of temperature

Abstract: Ferroelectric domains are fabricated by patterning lithium niobate and lithium tantalate crystals with femtosecond laser pulses and subsequent heating to elevated temperatures. We investigate the role of temperature on the domain inversion process.
