Abstract:Three new cationic surfactants�N-cetyl-bis(2dimethylaminoethyl)ether bromide (CBDEB), N-dodecyl-bis(2dimethylaminoethyl)ether bromide (DBDEB), and N-hexyl-bis(2dimethylaminoethyl)ether bromide (HBDEB)�have been designed herein using a simple and tailorable synthesis route.
