Punishment and Reconciliation in Russian Criminal Law

Abstract: The article is devoted to identifying areas for improving criminal punishment in cooperation with the Institute of Reconciliation in Russian criminal law. The author stresses that the problem of punishment is "eternal" for Russian and Western criminal law doctrine, although there is some difference in research directions between them.
