Abstract:This study aimed to develop a green and efficient approach based on pulsed electric field (PEF) in combination with deep eutectic solvents (DESs) to enhance the antiglycation ability of Noni flavonoids (NFs) by modulating their proportions of flavone glycosides and aglycones.
