Pulse Wave Velocity and Its Usefulness in Estimation of Hypertension

Abstract: Objective: "Arterial vessel wall stiffness" is an important determinant of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Prolonged hypertension causes deterioration in the blood vessel elasticity.
