Pulpectomy in a Primary Tooth with Gemination: A Case Report

Abstract: Developmental anomalies may affect the number and morphodifferentiation of teeth. Development of two teeth from one tooth bud gives rise to gemination. Geminated teeth with caries may lead to pulpal pathologies for which extraction may be a preferred treatment. We report a case of geminated maxillary carious primary incisor treated with pulpectomy in a five year-old child.
