Pulmonary vein thrombosis associated with metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma: a case report

Abstract: Background Pulmonary vein thrombosis (PVT) is rarely associated with malignancies. Leiomyosarcoma, a malignant tumor originating from smooth muscles, has never been reported as the etiology of PVT.
