Die sehr kurze Redezeit zwingt mich, vieles zu unterdriicken und im Telgrammstil zu spreche. Die Tuberkulose bedroht alle Schichten eines Volkes; ihre Bekampfung muss also alle seine Abwehrkrafte zweckmassig anspannen die wirtschaftlichen, korperlichen und seelischen. Das erfordert eine straffe und dabei elastische Organisation. Tafel I zeigt den Gesamtplan der heutigen deutschen Organisation der Tuberkulosebekampfung: Hierbei ist die Tuberkulosehekampfung bewusst mitten hinein in die Gesamtgesundheitsf uhrung des Reiches gestellt. Auf beiden Gebieten arbeiten Staat und Partei gemeinsam und Hand in Hand mit Arzten und Helferinnen, wobei nach Moglichkeit der Arzt und nicht der Verwaltungsbeamte die Fiihrung hat. Die eigentliche tagliche Tuherkulosearbeit wird innerhalb der iiberall im Reiche errichteten sfaaflichen Gesundheifsamfer geleistet ihren heutigen Aufbau siehe bei a. Giiw (9). Ihre Einrichtung durch d. Ges. z. Vereinheitlichung d. Gesundheitswesen vom 3. 7. 1934 s.b. E. MOEBIUS (19).
