Pulmonary Origin of Circumflex Artery in Aortopulmonary Window

Abstract: An aortopulmonary window associated with an anomalous left circumflex coronary artery arising from the adjoining pulmonary sinus in a 4-kg baby boy was successfully repaired by re-routing with a pericardial patch.
