Abstract: Background and Objective Pulmonary injuries resulting from urinary tract infections (UTIs) during pregnancy are rare. Prompt detection of pulmonary complications in pregnant patients with UTIs is crucial to prevent adverse outcomes in both the mother and the fetus.
