Pulmonary Histoplasmosis Complicated by Nonvalvular Right Ventricular Wall Histoplasma capsulatum Endocarditis

Abstract: Histoplasmosis is commonly a self-limited fungal disease that primarily affects the lung and reticuloendothelial system. Cardiac involvement by histoplasmosis is uncommon.
