Pulmonary Embolism Secondary to Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Abstract: A 55-year-old female was found to have a mass in the lower pole of the right kidney extending into the right renal vein and inferior vena cava (IVC) consistent with a renal cell carcinoma (RCC) ( Fig. 1A and B).
