Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm Associated With Aspergilloma in a Patient Diagnosed With Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis

Abstract: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an autoimmune, necrotizing granulomatous disease that affects small- and medium-sized blood vessels. Aspergilloma is a fungal mass of Aspergillus and usually found in the preexisting cavity in lung parenchyma. Surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment of aspergilloma.
