Public-Private Partnership to Scale up Circular Economy (The Georgia Case)

Abstract: Public-private partnerships (PPPs) are considered an important enabling mechanism for promoting a circular economy. The paper aims to study PPP tools to scale up the circular economy, present Georgia’s position, identify opportunities, and develop relevant recommendations.
