Objetivo: Apresentar uma revisão sistemática da literatura que investiga a forma de aplicação do compartilhamento do conhecimento em situações de crises nas organizações dos últimos quatro anos. Metodologia: Revisão Sistemática da Literatura conduzida pelo método PRISMA, com seleção de 24 artigos científicos, compreendendo o período de janeiro de 2017 até maio de 2021. Os artigos foram divididos em oito categorias: i) confiança; ii) memória institucional; iii) diversidade nas organizações; iv) efeitos da crise no compartilhamento do conhecimento; v) ferramentas para compartilhamento do conhecimento; vi) técnicas e estratégias para o compartilhamento do conhecimento; e vii) barreiras para o compartilhamento do conhecimento. Resultados: Os resultados constataram uma heterogeneidade dos estudos quanto às suas características, porém verificou uma predominância nos artigos do compartilhamento do conhecimento em épocas de crises referente às técnicas e estratégias (45% do total) e nas ferramentas para compartilhamento do conhecimento (25% do total). Além disso, os estudos destacaram a importância de utilizar as melhores ferramentas, práticas e estratégicas de compartilhamento do conhecimento em situações de crise. Conclusões: Foi possível perceber a crescente importância desse tema nos últimos anos devido à pandemia da COVID-19. Verificou-se a necessidade de estudos futuros que possam identificar as principais estratégias de compartilhamento do conhecimento para enfrentar situações de crises.

The emergence of a novel coronavirus at the end of 2019 generated a severe health crisis worldwide. In a few months, this virus called COVID-19 was present in several countries, being recognized by the WHO as a pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic was dramatic for the economy and society. In many economic sectors, companies were faced with the inoperability of their commercial activities. For example, in the healthcare sector, institutions were faced with unprecedented pressure, and this pandemic has exposed some weaknesses in the responses to environmental changes. As a result of this scenario, knowledge management and organizational intelligence become fundamental for hospitals to adapt to changes in the environment and respond effectively to new challenges. Considering this scenario, this research aims to analyze the influence of effective knowledge management, organizational intelligence, and organizational performance on the effective hospitals' response to COVID-19. Data were collected through research sent to physicians and nurses working in Brazil and Portugal hospitals.We sent the survey using a professional social network, and 248 valid responses were obtained. The PLS-SEM analysis technique was used to test hypotheses. The results showed a positive relationship between effective knowledge management, organizational intelligence, and organizational performance with the effective hospital's response to COVID-19. Additionally, the results suggest the need for managers to focus more on developing internal programs encouraging knowledge transfers among their employees.As practical implications, our research validates the relationships between effective knowledge management, organizational performance, effective hospitals' response to COVID-19, and the importance of effective knowledge management for pandemic management. In originality, this research provides hospitals and other healthcare organizations with a direction on key resources to which these organizations should turn their efforts to improve their effectiveness in responding to new disease outbreaks.

This study analyzes the impact of effective knowledge management, organizational intelligence, and organizational performance on the effective hospital response and social health to covid-19. Data were collected through a research questionnaire sent to physicians and nurses who worked in hospitals in Brazil and Portugal. We sent the survey link using a professional social network and 101 valid responses were obtained. The PLS-SEM analysis technique was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the constructs of effective knowledge management and organizational performance, and effective response to covid-19. This study also indicates that effective knowledge management has a positive association with organizational intelligence and organizational performance, in addition to a positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational performance. As practical implications, our research reinforces the importance of effective knowledge management for pandemic management and validates the relationships between effective knowledge management, organizational intelligence, organizational performance, and hospital response effectiveness. From these results, hospitals and social health organizations will be able to improve their effectiveness in responding to new disease outbreaks. As originality, this work presents a model to manage the response of these health care and hospital institutions to pandemics.
