A literature review of proposed associations and correlations of job stress, job satisfaction, and burn out in public health sector. Evidence of occupational hazards job risks that are encountered by Greek public health workforce, limited global literature. Connection of occupational job stress, job satisfaction, and burn out health and safety with public health and hygiene. Provided evidence of the exact risks that are perceived in public health sector in Greece. Comprehensive relative to possible occupational hazards of public health organization and services, with established and new evidence include organizational job risks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, global financial crisis, job insecurity, decreased salaries, and social instability where working conditions changed, risk factors were affected, risk increased, and interpersonal working relationships had a particular impact under the period of the pandemic, especially for health professionals who were in the frontline. This study can bear a significant impact and with the help of various reviews we give the global associations and correlations of job stress, job satisfaction, and burn out in public health sector. A systematic review conducted on the recent period for the last decade published papers along in Scopus, Web of Science, Direct Science, and journals. There are very few papers are published based on the very contemporary title considered for the article hence this study identified several articles in the scientific literature, but only few articles were classified as eligible according to the previously established criteria.

Background: A study review of literature in occupational burnout measures in public health care sector (PHCS). In the view of authors, a process that applies principles and techniques to create, communicate, and deliver value in order to influence target audience behaviors that benefit employees in PHCS, as well as the intended society. Does not work to exploit turnover rather the aims of PHCS are to change the activities that will support and educate the overall public employees in PHCS of Greece and global to use only competent lighting to preserve the safer and healthier work environment, minimize the burnout syndrome. This study can bear a significant impact of occupational burnout measures scales and education in PHCS during COVID-19 pandemic, and with the help of various reviews we will catch out the positive and negative effects. Methods: A review study conducted for the last two-year, published papers along the last one years, perching criteria at Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct, and Veritas & Elsevier Journals, searched restricted to the title, and with the help of various reviews we will catch out the positive and negative effects. Conclusions: Only few papers are published based on the very contemporary title, considered for the article, hence this study identified several articles in the scientific literature, but only few articles were classified as eligible according to the previously established criteria. This study highlights the effects of period COVID-19 pandemic in PHCS association and correlations with occupational burnout.

Work Values Predict Job Satisfaction among Chinese Teachers during COVID-19: The Mediation Role of Work Engagement

Teachers’ job satisfaction is a prominent aspect that determines workplace well-being and job performance. With the outbreak of COVID-19, changes in the teaching process have emerged (e.g., the shift to online classes and an increase in teaching hours), which might be affecting job satisfaction. A closer look at predictors of teachers’ job satisfaction and the level to which they have influenced teaching satisfaction during the period of COVID-19 pandemic is very important. This survey involved a sample of 2886 Chinese teachers to examine the effects of teachers’ work values on their job satisfaction through the mediating role of work engagement. The analysis by SPSS 25 and PROCESS for SPSS software was run, and the results showed a strong effect of teachers’ work values on job satisfaction (β = 0.203, SE = 0.203, p < 0.01) and of work values on job satisfaction through the mediating role of work engagement (β = 0.204, SE = 0.017, p < 0.01). From the correlation analysis, work values strongly correlated with work engagement (r = 0.499, p < 0.01) and job satisfaction (r = 0.360, p < 0.01). Teachers’ work values and work engagement played a predicting role on job satisfaction among Chinese teachers during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
