Additionally, management knowledge issues, including knowledge transfer (May, Puffer, & McCarthy, 2005) and management education (Puffer, 1981;McCarthy, 1991;Kozlova & Puffer, 1994), have been other research areas for us. We viewed knowledge, especially new knowledge, as critical to this transition economy since many academics, trainers, and practitioners have been working to prepare managers and students for a market environment to foster the transfer of relevant knowledge.…”
